Soon i will change the CPU of my dedicadet server located in data center in Bulgaria because i was sick of some problems like the hlds_amd was eat alot of CPU on my current processor (AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor) and when i run 20 servers it was going 95% usage only from hlds_amd servers, i tryed to fix it with this ways but didnt help me.

Nothing helped me when servers got 32/32 or 26+ players the CPU is going 89% and servers slowly work Ping High & FPS Low i tryed also using the "cpulimit to 20%" but nothing good.
So i asked in few forums except this one about an new Processor the data center told me to get this one which they say are better than Current Processor.
I was thinking to move on "Intel® Core™ i5-3570 Processor (6M Cache, 3.40 GHz)" but they say move to this "Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1225 v3 (8M Cache, 3.20 GHz)" so i need your help because ik now that Xeon is server processor but some guys telling me xeon is uknown for hlds so before i upgrade the CPU tell me which one to choose, my minds are going into Xeon CPU.
Also i have one other question because i use on all servers [5758 hlds version] without any bugs and i dont have some troubles so if the newer version 6*** hlds is better and much lower eating CPU tell me. I forgot if someone can give me an configured
